Payment and Credit Terms

House Of Wheels Inc. (HOWI) accepts cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Customers can establish HOWI credit, and enjoy the convenience of NET30 payment terms from the date of invoice.  All credit extended by HOWI, and/or the limits of such credit, is at HOWI’s sole discretion, and may be reduced, revoked or cancelled by HOWI at any time, and for any reason. HOWI reserves the right to charge customer a late payment fee at the rate of one and one-half percent (1-1/2%) of the amount due for each month (18% per annum) or portion thereof that the amount due remains unpaid, or such amount as may be permitted under applicable law. New customers can apply for credit here.

Ordering

At this time orders can be made by phone, fax or email. Any order place for stock merchandise prior to 2:00pm mountain time will ship same day. All orders will be accepted at the sole discretion of HOWI. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes or duties and freight. Purchases are subject to HOWI Merchandise Return Policy.  If your purchase is exempt from Idaho sales tax you will need to supply HOWI a copy of form ST-101 to keep on file. All orders are subject to correction by HOWI.

Shipping

Standard shipping method is "Most Economical Pre-paid and Add". HOWI will source freight vendors to find the best shipping method for your order based on overall cost, ship to location and requests from our customers. Products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point,  freight costs can be pre-paid by HOWI and added to customer invoice or charged collect to customer upon request. Additional charges incurred for "premium"  or other add on freight services must be paid by customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied if applicable. Title and risk of loss or damages pass to customer upon transfer of shipment to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point). If the product becomes damaged in transit, it will be the customer's responsibility to file a damage claim with the carrier.
